孔子学院自2004年创立之初，就坚持从语言入手，用文化交融，促民心相通。
20年来，孔子学院已经逐步发展成为各国民众学习中文、了解中华文化的知名品牌！
孔子学院创立20周年之际，《孔子学院》编辑部以“国际中文教育发展与实践”为主题，向国内外国际中文教育、汉语言学等领域专家学者征稿。
We are pleased to announce that Confucius Institutes worldwide will celebrate the 20th anniversary in 2024!
Since the very first Confucius Institute was established in 2004, all Confucius Institutes have been committed to promoting cultural and people-to-people exchange through the medium of language.
Over the past twenty years, Confucius Institutes have grown into an established institution for people around the world to learn Chinese and understand Chinese culture.
To mark this significant milestone, we are seeking contributions under the theme “Trends and Practices in International Chinese Language Education” from experts and scholars active in the field of international Chinese language education and Chinese linguistics.
征稿内容
孔子学院成立20周年之际，本刊编辑部拟以“国际中文教育发展与实践”为主题征稿。作品可以着重关注但不限于以下内容：
-国际中文教育本土化发展，尤其在教材开发和教师培养方面的新进展
-中国际中文教育在数字化时代的创新与实践
-国际中文教育数字化发展的新动态
-针对不同学习群体的国际中文教育与教法
-国际中文教育资源建设等
在此，我们诚挚期待您的文字及图像来稿，分享国际中文教育数字化、本土化、学科发展、资源建设等领域的发展趋势和创新实践。
来稿时，请对照片进行简要说明，涉及特殊人名和地名请作中外文说明。
We look for articles that focus on, but are not limited to the following topics of
-New developments in the localization of international Chinese language education, especially in the developments of teaching materials and teacher training
-Innovative practices in international Chinese language education in the digital era
-New developments in the digitalization of international Chinese language education
-International Chinese language education and pedagogy for different groups of learners
-Development of international Chinese language education resources
Please join us in sharing with the wider audience trends and innovative practices in the digitization, localization, discipline development, and resource development of international Chinese language education in text and photos.
If you wish to tell your story through photos, remember to provide their accompanying captions. If places and people are important photo features, please specify their full names in the captions in both Chinese and the original language.

投稿须知
1. 稿件内容完整，包括题目、正文、署名和个人简介、联系方式等相关信息。
2. 文章内容通俗易懂，突出知识性、趣味性、创新性，字数以800-2500字为宜，中文、外文、中外文对照皆可。
3. 欢迎就某一专题或相关问题组织“专家论坛”, 字数可酌情增加，请提前联系编辑部。
4. 欢迎提供相关配图和简要说明。图片大小不低于3MB，分辨率为300dpi以上，以独立附件形式发送至指定邮箱。
5. 如有任何疑问或意向投稿，请发送邮件至ci.journal@ci.cn。编辑部将在收到您的投稿后10个工作日内给予回复。
Manuscript guidelines
1. The manuscript must contain a title, main body, contributor’s full name, a brief biography, and contact information.
2. The manuscript must be original and feature an engaging and reader friendly narrative style.
3. The language of writing can be Chinese, or your native language, or both, with word count between 800 to 2,500 words.
4. If your plan to host a dedicated column on one of the above topics, please contact us in advance for additional information.
5. Upload all photo files separately along with your manuscript. Make sure each file is over 3 MB in size and comes with a resolution above 300dpi.
6. Send your contribution to ci.journal@ci.cn. We will respond to your email within 10 working days upon receival.

《孔子学院》于2009年创刊，由中国国际中文教育基金会主办、上海外国语大学协办，拥有标准国际连续出版物刊号（ISSN）和中国国内统一刊号（CN），面向全球发行，在海外拥有广泛的读者群。本刊为双月刊，有中英、中法、中西、中俄、中德、中意、中葡、中阿、中泰、中韩、中日11个中外文对照版。
《孔子学院》期刊设有“文化视窗”“汉语学习”“当代中国”和“孔院链接”栏目。“文化视窗”着重介绍中国不同地区风俗民情、特色文化和非遗（物质）文化传承等；“当代中国”旨在展示当地的最新发展，呈现中国百姓的日常生活、流行与时尚。“汉语学习”关注国际中文教与学的方方面面，设有国际中文教育创新、国际中文教育本土化发展、国际中文教育资源建设、国际中文教育学科发展、国际中文教育数字化发展等系列专题；“孔院链接”以汉语教师和学习者为主，聆听他们汉语教与学的故事。
About the journal
Established in 2009, Confucius Institute is a bimonthly journal published jointly by the Chinese International Education Foundation (CIEF) and Shanghai International Studies University (SISU) for global distribution. We enjoy a wide readership base of Chinese language teachers and enthusiasts. Each issue comes in 11 bilingual editions, including Chinese-English, Chinese-French, Chinese-Spanish, Chinese-Russian, Chinese-German, Chinese-Italian, Chinese-Portuguese, Chinese-Arabic, Chinese-Thai, Chinese-Korean, and Chinese-Japanese.
We run regular columns — “Cultural Horizons,” “Learning Chinese,” “China Now,” and “Confucius Institute Links” — in each issue. “Cultural Horizons” introduces customs, cultures, and intangible cultural heritages of different regions of China. “China Now” showcases the latest developments in China, portraying the daily lives, trends, and fashions of the Chinese people. “Learning Chinese” covers various aspects of international Chinese language education, including innovative approaches, localization, resource development, disciplinary development, and digitalization of international Chinese language education. “Confucius Institute Links” features stories of Chinese language teachers and learners in teaching and learning the language.
